Bedtime Story

As parents one of the main things we learn is that our children need routines. One of the key aspects to a nighttime routine is reading to our children and its best to read the same story every night. This gives your child a sense of knowing what is coming next. 

Television and Toddlers

When my first child was born I was determined not to let her watch any television. Then, my husband and I decided we would stick with the educational dvd's and tv programs. We then moved her into a few more toddler friendly programs on tv. Some of her favorites are Blue's Clues, Hi-5 (found on the discover kids channel), and Barney.
